Mr. Sriram Iyer is the Chief Executive Officer of HDFC Pension Management Company Ltd. He carries close to 3 decades of experience in the Banking and Financial services industry having played leadership roles in areas spanning Banking and Capital markets. He has extensive experience in Financial Product distribution and has a deep understanding of a wide array of Investment products. He is passionate about spreading Financial literacy and has conducted numerous financial awareness sessions with investors and has helped them navigate through complex world of financial products by un-complicating key concepts relating to Personal Finance. He has been covered extensively in Print and TV media on the topic of NPS and Retirement Planning. He was recently recognized as one of the Top 20 Pension Fund executives in Asia by the Asian Investor magazine.

Sriram qualified as a Civil (Structural) Engineer and an MBA with specialization in Finance.

Mr. Vishwas Katela has been appointed as the Chief Investment Officer of HDFC Pension Management Company Limited w.e.f April 17, 2018.

Mr Katela has been previously associated with HDFC Life Insurance Company Limited (“HDFC Life”) since July 2010 and has been a key member of its investment team, having managed Equity funds and covered multiple sectors. Before joining HDFC Life he has worked with HSBC Securities & Anand Rathi Financial Services as Research Analyst covering Oil & Gas Sector.

Mr Katela holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli and is an alumunus of Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

Mr. Ganesh Ithape is the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of HDFC Pension Management Company Limited. He has been associated with HDFC group since August 2018.
He has over 11 years of experience in handling secretarial, compliance, legal and finance functions across industries. He was previously associated with HDFC Life Insurance Company Ltd in secretarial and compliance function. He is a Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India and is a Law Graduate from Mumbai University

Mr. Harsh Goenka is the Chief Financial Officer of the Company. He has been associated with HDFC group since November 2018. He is a seasoned finance professional with over a decade of experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning in the BFSI sector. He was previously associated with HDFC Life Insurance Company Ltd. in the Business Planning function.

Mr Goenka is a qualified Chartered Accountant and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and is also a Company Secretary from ICSI and Chartered Financial Analyst from CFA Institute, USA.
